Youth Sailing: Regatta Training

Regatta training at Lane Beach targets advanced sailing participants.  The goal of the program is to provide practice, training, tactical guidance concerning racing sailboats.
Kids will be encouraged to enter local Regatta's such as Quincy Bay Race Week and The Town River Regatta.
420’s, N10’s and Optimist Sailboats will be utilized in this program.

Required
  • Participants must be proficient at sailing to take this class
  • Beach Parking stickers are required to park at Lane Beach. Please check the Harbormater's website for information.
  • Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices are required for all!
  • Participants must be able to swim 100 yards and tread water for 2 minutes.
