- Come learn this new walking program that the Europeans have been doing for decades.
- By simply using specially designed poles to involve the arms, which activates the upper body, walkers achieve a total body workout with significantly increased health and fitness benefits.
- Everybody, regardless of fitness and health levels, can do Pole Walking.
- So call up your friend, neighbor, and/or family member and come.
- Poles are provided for program use.
